I understand and acknowledge that by participating in virtual fitness classes provided by Workins, I do so voluntarily and assume full responsibility for any risk of injury, illness, or loss.I hereby release and discharge Workins from all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action that may arise from my participation in these classes, whether caused by the negligence of Workins or otherwise.I certify that I am in good health, and I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to participating in any exercise program.This release of liability is governed by the laws of California and any disputes arising from this agreement shall be settled in California. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Workins from any claims or damages resulting from my participation. By booking a class, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this waiver.
